Summer loving. The sun is just making its last appearance of the day and it feels strange that it looks the greatest in it's final hour, as if it is bowing out to the world. I can just about see the orange haze melting into shades of purple above the rooftops and I can honestly see a lengthy summer ahead of me. Never again in this life will I have a summer so long and so free; I better make the most of it before the real world hits me up. Drinking cider, house parties, late night garden parties, bbqs on the common, festival loving, beach days, day trips to Brighton, weekends in London getting drunkies and non-stop shopping in Camden market. I best fill up my summer with the best. The best people, the best times and say goodbye to those who are taking different paths to me in life.

  Summer time inspiration. Firstly, it's been a while.

Secondly, today summer has been in full swing. I even spoiled myself with an ice lolly whilst loafing in the garden. This can only mean one thing: in need of a summer wardrobe.

And where better to fish for inspiration than the boho chic queen herself: Gillian Zinser. Starring as californian surfer chick, Ivy, in 90210, Zinser knows the ways to wear tatty jean shorts, big tees, bright blocks and prints. Basically everything I love. So it couldn't be more fitting that I'm going to be taking a leaf out of old Zinser's book. The woman's a jack of all trades, not just a pretty face, but a god dam awesome wardrobe to top it off. Somehow, this women manages to dress down everything with a dressed up feel and summer time feeling.

She may not be a big star but she's definately one to look out for.
